Who can use it for adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. Pregnancy and breastfeeding it is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.

Valerian Root, Hops strobiles, Acacia, Beeswax, Calcium Carbonate, Carnauba Wax, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Corn Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Shellac, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Stearic Acid, Sucrose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide
Directions
For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine. Swallow 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals. Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the tablets should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks. Alcohol increases the sedative effect of Kalms Tablets. Therefore, excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided whilst you are taking Kalms Tablets. Do not store near direct reach of sunlight or moisture prone area

Do not take: if you are allergic to any of the ingredients if you are pregnant or breastfeeding if you are under 18 years old if you are already taking a medicine for stress or anxiety if you are taking a medicine to help you sleep Kalms day tablets may make you feel sleepy. If affected do not drive or use machines. The sedative effects of this medicine may be increased by alcohol. Therefore alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine.
