4head QuickStrip is an advanced hydro-gel strip, specially designed to provide instant, cooling relief from the pain of migraines and severe headaches, as well as helping to relax tense muscles in the head and neck. 4head QuickStrip can be used alongside or in replacement of tablets, including painkillers. It works without refrigeration and a single strip can provide up to 6 hours of relief. The strip can be applied to the forehead, back of the neck or cut down into smaller pieces for use over the temples.

Directions
• Open the resealable laminate sachet and remove one 4head Quickstrip. Make sure to reseal the sachet to stop the remaining strip from drying out.
• Remove and discard the transparent film from the back of the strip.
• Apply the strip to dry skin on the forehead, back of the neck or over the temples. The strip can be cut to size.
• Use each strip for as long as needed (then discard).
